"The hotels was filthy! The room smelled of pine sol but I don't know where they actually used it. If you took your shoes off, your feet would turn black from the filth in the carpet. The tub was broken so it could not be used and the cabinet that housed the tv had no knobs to open it. The walls were splattered with something that looked like blood (at least they took the police tape down). The pool was disgusting - I wouldn't even let my kids stick their toe in it. The hot tub was broken (although we wouldn't have used it anyhow because of the filth!). If the room hadn't been pre-paid for with no refund, we would have never stayed."

"We were overcharged and had to go back to have the staff correct our bill. The hotel was alright overall. I don't think I would stay there again. The complaints I have is the washclothes and towels that were in the room for showering were stained. The washclothes had black stains on them (looked like grease or makeup maybe?)and it really grossed me out! The towels looked really old and had some faint stains on them as well. I ended up going to the store and bought my own washcloth and towel to use. Also there was a little packet of shampoo in the room and it wasn't even enough to wash your hair with. They should also leave conditioner because the shampoo they have leaves your hair really tangly and dry. They should also have some lotion in the room. When I go to a hotel I don't expect to have to bring my whole bathroom with me. I have stayed at other hotel's that have shampoo, conditioner, and lotion and it was wonderful! The T.V. in the room was very old and run down."
